This isn't an "about me" page.
It's an "about us" page.
Because if you’re here, you probably feel a lot like I do.
How Did I End Up Like This? (Hint: Not How I Planned)
I’m a full-time corporate marketing director, toddler mom, and part-time creator who built a six-figure blogging side hustle with nothing but a laptop, Pinterest, and stubborn determination.
For nearly a decade, I worked to become a successful six-figure Pinterest marketing expert. My work, which you can still explore here, helped hundreds of women create freedom and flexibility, and it allowed my family to pack up our lives in the Midwest and move to Central Florida, chasing sunshine and weekend trips to see Mickey.
On paper, I had everything. Audacious grit had always been my superpower. I could build something from nothing. I could make unconventional leaps. I could hustle.
But the truth?
My real superpower was perfectionist paralysis.
I was living by the "all-or-nothing" rule, convinced that success demanded round-the-clock struggle. I was saying "yes" to everyone else, and "later" to myself. I was building freedom for others, but felt trapped by my own relentless to-do list, constantly waiting for motivation to strike, and constantly burning out when it didn't.
The Moment Everything Shifted.
Life has a way of showing you what truly matters. Becoming a mom to Ellie in late 2023 and while navigating my father's chronic illness (and eventual passing), while trying to sell a house, take care of a baby (and myself), shattered my old paradigm.
The old way of "hustling harder" was simply unsustainable, and frankly, deeply unsatisfying.
I realized I couldn't keep building a life solely on willpower and motivation. They are finite. And mine had run out.
I needed a different kind of architecture. Not a new to-do list, but a new operating system for my entire life. I needed to pivot everything: from my professional focus to my personal priorities, from managing tasks to designing a life of intention.
MY NEW NON NEGOTIABLE TRUTH:
Systems OVER Willpower.
This isn't about being perfect. It's about being present. It's not about forcing yourself to do things you hate. It's about designing your environment so good decisions become inevitable. It's not about finding more time. It's about creating systems that make time.
Here, we embrace the Minimum Effective Dose, the smallest action that yields the biggest result.
We use If-Then Protocols to automate good habits.
We make decisions based on Data, Not Drama.
This is my journey of systematically engineering a life that's vibrant, joyful, and deeply intentional, from health and finances to motherhood and creative work. I'm building it from the ground up, and I'm sharing every blueprint with you.
